Outlook 2016 *.pst file time stamps

Well I did just find something that is consistent. I tested 3 other computers using Outlook pst files that are the same profiles as on this machine. They do exactly the same thing as far as changing both mine and my wife's profile's date stamp. So at least I know they are all set up the same, but I thought that all along. I also tested something else, since I did not know how to check for that syncing Dave asked me about, I made a change on one computer and it DID NOT make the same change on the others. So I have to conclude that my computers are not being synced. I didn't think they were but now I believe I know for sure they are not.

Click on Start, and then type "Sync" without quotes and select "Sync your settings"
There the Sync pane will open and you will be able to tell if the sync in on of off.

All syncing is not done right away!

Actually I checked 4 machines. I have nothing being synced.
