Hi,
I have about 50 bookmarks using the same domain (which has recently changed).
EG: www.domain-has-changed/sub/test1 is now www.thedomainhaschanged/sub/test1
The thedomainhaschanged does not have hyphens anymore and the word "the" is in front of it.
Is there away (or a tool or add-in) to update all 50 of my bookmarks to this new domain name instead of doing it one by one?
(I use Chrome if that is important to know...)
Many TX

Re: Update multiple bookmarks at once
Would an export, followed by a search-n-replace in a text editor followed by an import work?

Bob

It certainly would...BUT; I'd like to learn if there is an easier (more native) solution.

Re: Update multiple bookmarks at once
Can you not export your bookmarks, edit the html file, then import the edited file back in?

Re: Update multiple bookmarks at once
Yep Leif. That is perfectly possible (and something BobArch2 suggested above).
I was aware of the Import/Export option but thought I'd inquire if these is an easier (built into browser) method; which now seems unlikely!
Cheers All!!!
(Update: I have successfully edited my bookmarks using the export/import process.)
