How to Disable the New User Profile Menu in Chrome

Here’s a quick tip for users of the Chrome browser.

Google has recently added a menu to the upper right corner of Chrome that provides for management of profiles.
It displays an avatar or picture and your profile name.
If you are the only user of the browser, you might consider removing it.

It takes over ones machine with way to many daily connections for all of the updates it must do.
It is NOT any faster than IE and none of these browsers are any safer than any other.

I like to have control of what my programs are going to do and not what Chrome wants me to do.

I have no problems with that Dave. You have your reasons, and I have mine; choices make the world less boring.
