Pale Moon Not Responding

For about a week I have not been able to sign in, get the Not Responding notice. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Sorry I did not make myself clear--When using Pale Moon and trying to sign in to AOL (I know, I know) is when I get the message. Other sites are no problem. So, it's an AOL problem....Have searched for a cause/solution, but got nowhere.
