Possible Encoding Conflict

IE 8 > View > Encoding. Here is what I see: Auto Select and Unicode (UTF8), both are ticked.

Could this double entry cause an Internet problem?

I'm so happy to hear the good news. I didn't think so either because they both have been ticked for as long as I've had this computer.
