The problem arises when you run the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer (on a 64-bit version of Windows, naturally). Flash content such as the clock in the Lounge Portal or YouTube videos won't work. Not because of wrong settings but because there is currently no version of Flash Player that will work in 64-bit Internet Explorer.
Hans, Adobe has a beta version,Flash Squared, which does indeed work with 64 Bit IE 9 RTM, at least on my systems.

Thanks, Ted, I didn't know that! I'll try it out (although I'll probably keep IE9 32-bit as my main browser)
Best wishes,
Hans

I also use IE 9 RTM 32 Bit as my default browser, just because it presently is faster. I believe MS will change the 64 Bit IE 9 to the faster jscript engine and allow it to speed up, probably when 64 Bit browsing becomes more main stream.

We all have individual preferences in browsers as in other things. I installed the new IE9 and like it very much. Now I can stop using Chrome for things that used to take too long on IE.
