Situation: Windows 7 Pro PC in workgroup with IE9 (yes, I know, but V. Important Program won't run on 10+).
Several (say 8) user accounts are defined on the PC, and I want to customise a considerable number of IE9 settings on one account and then transfer them to all the other accounts with minimum effort.
Is there an easy way of doing this? Thanks!

See if http://www.backsettings.com/internet-ex ... ackup.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; helps.

Just my 2 cents...
Do any of these pages help (assuming you have not found them yourself?!)

EDIT: Great find Hans.... This is much better than my links.

Re: How to replicate IE settings on several accounts
Thanks, Hans, but it looks to me as if this backs up all the Internet Explorer settings from ALL the accounts on one PC to transfer to another PC. I am working just on the one PC.
I tried it and it works as I indicated.

Re: How to replicate IE settings on several accounts
I haven't been able to find a better tool. Directly messing with the Windows registry is not an attractive options, since the Internet Explorer settings are spread over several areas of the registry...

Re: How to replicate IE settings on several accounts
Thanks, Rudi. Unfortunately it seems like there are a number of ways to back up some of the settings, but there's nothing that seemed to back up all the settings from a single user to transfer them to others on the same PC.
