Macro Disabled

Hi All

I got new window installed

macro are working in my files without having any issue.

but when I download file from any external link its shows disable Macro even from outlook, I change setting but still having issue

before installing window i had no issue

Right-click the downloaded file.
Select Properties from the context menu.
Does the dialog contain an Unblock check box?
If so, tick that check box.
Click OK.

It is a basic security measure to force you to decide explicitly whether you trust a downloaded file.
