If condition matched then do nothing Else msgbox with paasword

Hi Experts,
I am looking for a macro that will do the things mentioned below
If first entire row of 1.xls matches with first entire row of Error.xlsx then do nothing Else A msg box should popup & that msgbox should not be closed without putting paasword & assume paasword would be 123456

Plz note first entire row may be different as shown in the sample file & i may put the first entire row data of error.xlsx to second entire row so plz let me know the changes for that also, so in future i can change it by myself & as per my needs


Note:
Macro will be placed in a macro.xlsm There are 3 files(Macro.xlsm,1.xls & Error.xlsx) & all three files are located in a different path so the path should be hardcoded in the macro for that 2 files
sheet name can be anything
