Import specificaton

I have an old database that I am looking at. One of the tables must have had an import specifcation because the names of the fields don't match when I view the table in design view and see the table in data sheet view. The database was created in an older version of access. Is it possible to get to the import specification that was used in an earlier version in Access 2007? I see there is a "Saved Imports" but there is nothing there.

I suspect that captions have been defined for the fields.
Open the table in design view.
Click in a field.
Look at the Caption property in the bottom pane.

You are right. I don't even remember doing that. I thought it must have been an import specification. Thanks for being clairvoyant.
