Report/Sub-Report

Good Morning all,

Attached is a small db with a report/sub-report and the data source query. Two Issues:

1. When the report is opened it asks for a parameter (tblOffenses). I'm stumped.
2. The subreport does not display.

Any and all suggestions are welcome as usual.

Change the Master link of the sub report to OffenderID.

Thanks Pat. That got the sub-report to print, but it's displaying double entries.

I cant understand why you have a sub report.
You have the same record source for the main report as well as the sub report.
How many records should there be in the detail section?

There should be 2 records for each person in the detail section.

I thought a sub-report would be easier. I also tried the subreport with qryOffenses as the Data Source with the same results.

See this version - it groups the data by OffenderID and omits the subreport.

What you are doing is not right.
You need to have the Offenders in the detail section followed by the subreport in the detail section.
You will need to put the bottom stuff in the detail section after the subform.
I have created a query for the offender call qryHeader.
