Could you do the following?
- Create a copy of the backend database.
- Delete all tables from the copy except for the new table.
- If you had already entered records in the new table, you can delete them, so that the table is empty.
- Select Database Tools > Compact and Repair Database.
- Close the copy.
- Zip it.
- Attach the zip file to a reply.

Re: add table to split database not shows up?!!
I opened the backend, and I saw one table that has been added today: tblHLeave. I assume that is the one you meant.
Next, I opened the frontend, and did the following:
- Activate the External Data tab of the ribbon.
- Click Access in the Import & Link group.
- Click Browse...
- Select the backend database.
- Click Open.
- Select 'Link to the data source by creating a linked table'.
- Click OK.
- I see tblHLeave in the list:
- I select this table and click OK.
- It appears in the list of tables:
Could you try these steps again in your own database?

Re: add table to split database not shows up?!!
In your Access window, the data sources are collapsed into a single 'New Data Source' button, as you have found.
The 'Linked Table Manager' only shows tables that have already been linked. You cannot use it to create a new linked table.

Did you select 'Link to the data source by creating a linked table' in the Get External Data dialog? If you don't, you will import the table instead of creating a linked table.

Open the frontend.
Click Database Tools > Relationships.
Click Show Table.
Select tblHLeave and click Add, then click Close.
You should see that tblHLeave is already joined to Contacts on the ID field.
