It certainly looks like it - I opened an .accdb database coontaining compiled VBA code with the /decompile switch. It went from 764 KB to 992 KB, and the Compile option in the Debug menu in the Visual Basic Editor was enabled again.

Thanks Hans, I thought the file was supposed to shrink after a decompile

You have to perform a compact and repair in order to compare the size before and after. The database mentioned above shrank to 584 KB after compacting.
