BIG prob to update access table from sql table, have idea?

I have a sql table where a other system delete all records in this table and insert a lot of records. (approx 4.500.000)
Now i want to have the same copy of records from sql table to access table...
i need to delete all records from access table and recopy from sql table.
This opeartion make a bit time!
Have idea to speed up this operation?

i have only a read permission on sql table.

Deleting all existing records from the Access table shouldn't take much time.
It would be a good idea to compact the database after doing that (Tools | Database Utilities | Compact and Repair Database, or Strumenti | Utilità database | Compatta e ripristina database).
But importing over 4 million records will always take time.
Compact the database again after importing.
