You're right. Forms would remain in Access. I do believe that Access 2010 has some sort of web upsizing for forms. I remember seeing some links that Hans posted early on in 2010 beta release.

The queries, if simple, should export, but you're also correct that anything complicated won't work with this solution. I came to the exact same conclusion last year when I experimented briefly with a very complicated database in Sharepoint. Nice for names and addresses, but not really useful for complex statistics and relationships.
