Access: the query brings back #NUM!

I will run this query on the attached:
SELECT Staff.StfLastname, Staff.StfFirstName, (Cdate('2007-10-01') - CINT(dateHired))/365 AS years
FROM Staff
Order By stfLastName, stfFirstName

I have changed the name of fields, but result set comes back as #NUM! for some of fields? what is the reason?

Could you create a copy of the database, remove everything from the copy that isn't needed to demonstrate the problem, then zip the copy and attach the zip file to a reply?

Hi,

Did you look at the link that Hans provided in the above post? It has full instrctions to upload a file....

First you must make sure that you are in the Full Editor Mode.
Easiest way to do this is to click the Quote Button in the post you want to reply to.
Then click Upload Attachment (your zipped database)
Cick choose file and browse for the file
Then click Add the File

Once in full editor mode, follow the screenshot as below:
Note: The screenshot below is taken from the Prosilver skin. If you have a different skin, it might look slightly different, but the process is more or less the same.
