Pop-up screen to stay same size after minimise and maximise

If a user minimises a Pop-up form and then maximises it, it is possible to get to the right size by pressing on the leftmost button, but is there a way of forcing the form to re-open the form to do the same, if the user clicks on the maximise button?

Do you mean that you want the Maximize button to restore the form instead of maximize it?

Oops! I hear how crazy that sounds! The answer would be to disable the Maximise button. Blush, blush, blush!
