Relationship icons query disappear

Starting with Access. In query screen, when one drags a relationship, on one end of the line there is (typically) a 1 while on the other side there is the infinity sign.

Suddenly, the line is still there and the type is still 1 (1 to infinity) but the two little icons are gone. There are more people here who have that...

How do I get these back?

Which version of Access are you using?

2010 (it also happens in 2007)

I've never seen that happen spontaneously in either Access 2007 or Access 2010 (I've been using the latter for two-and-a-half years now).
The 1 and infinity symbol are displayed if there is a one-to-many relationship between the tables (in the Relationships window) for which Referential Integrity has been enforced.
If Referential Integrity hasn't been enforced, or if no relationship between the tables has been defined, the join in the query will be displayed as a thin line without 1 and infinity symbol.

Relationship shows 1-many (with symbols) and Integrity enforced in enabled. When I switch to a query, there is still a line showing the relationship but there the 1-many icons are gone...

Sorry, I can't explain that. Even if I delete a join in a query and create a new one by dragging a field from one table to another, the join line will miss the symbols, but once I save, close and reopen the query, the symbols are back.
