Betting odds

Post by agibsonsw »

Hello.

Does Excel 2007 have any new way to handle odds? 7/2, 12/5 etc., I would like to keep as these 'fractions' but to
be able to use them in calculations. Excel has a tendency to reduce them.

Thanks, Andy.

You could just store the two numbers in adjacent cells, appropriately formatted, and then use them both in your calculation
