Hello:
I have subscribed to Office 365 for years. I saw videos on the new "GROUPBY" and PIVOTBY functions in Excel.
I'm not sure why it doesn't come up when I type the function name on a worksheet: =GROUPBY(). I also tried it in VBA, and it wasn't there.
Did they not roll it out for everyone on 365?
Thanks,
Rich Locus

Re: Excel GROUPBY Function in Office 365
The PIVOTBY and GROUPBY functions are currently in Beta, i.e. only available to Microsoft 365 Insiders.
They will probably be released to the Current Channel sometime this year.

Thanks... I was looking at YouTube videos with developers showing how to use it. It would have been nice if they explained it was not yet out for the 365 general public :)
Thanks as always,
Rich Locus
