Setting Page Breaks/Print Area

Post by iksotof »

Hello, I am struggling with the attached which is a report from a DB. Ideally I want to save to PDF so it's easy to view.

Is it possible to set down to row 21 to print on a first page, then upto and including column AK on page 2, columns AL to AU on page 3 and AW to BY on page 4. This is with the top 21 rows not showing on any of pages 2, 3 and 4?

Thank you very much
Darren.

Not with the current setup, but it can be done if you're willing to insert an empty column in column AL. See the attached version.
