Dear Experts
I need to Insert a table where cells are merged. If I insert a table it ignores the merged cells.
Also I am not able ti exactly determine the difference between click and not clicking the box
for "My table has headers"

You cannot have merged cells in a table (and in general, it is best to avoid merged cells).
