Hello team,
I have a excel sheet, that shows the count of members, year and month only.
I want to calculate pmpm (per member per month). I thought that I need to get the member month by multiplying months that a member has been in the policy times members and then divide total members by the result of per member per month).
Can someone shed a light, confirm and help me with this?
Thanks,
Bita

Re: how to calculate pmpm for healthcare in Excel?
PMPM is the average cost of healthcare per member per month, i.e. divide the total cost of the health care by the total member months (the sum of the number of months that all members were in the policy).
Best wishes,
Hans
