Remove header from comment

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to permanently prevent the header from being added to the comment when inserting it in Excel.

If I delete the user name in the Excel Options, it just puts it back again. I want comments inserted without the header being added???

Any ideas? TX

You'll either have to remove the header after creating the comment, or use VBA to create the comment.

Tx. I'll inform the person who queried this. The VBA option will be a good option.
