Looks like Gill Sans to me.
But there are numerous websites that will attempt to identify fonts from images, e.g. https://www.myfonts.com/pages/whatthefont

Re: Forensic font examination!
I would agree with the attribution of Gill Sans [MT] - except for the date.
In Gill Sans, as most other fonts, the "nd" superscript in "2nd" is at the top of the upper line, not some little way down...
Note in the Lounge font, which I believe to be Garamond, the superscript is even higher than the top line!

Not with my copy of Gill Sans, where it shows exactly the same as in the provided sample, but I believe the default position depends on the font size ... and in Word we can change the superscript position through Font -> Advanced properties.

Re: Forensic font examination!
How interesting! Highlighting 2nd in Gill Sans MT, and changing the font size shows that in 9 pt and 11 pt the nd superscript drops significantly!
I wonder if Eric Gill realised that this would be what would happen when Monotype took over his font...?

I never realized this. Thanks SpeakEasy.

Re: Forensic font examination!
just in case you are interested, I personally like it as a font, and we used to have Gill Sans as our 'company typeface' - that is, until I discovered Eric Gill's past, and no longer wanted any association with him.
