hi all..
how to mail merge with excel as data set/source and ms word as document
i have try using Rules but not working (next records)..
here my attachemnt picture
i hope someone give a solution

That doesn't look like a mail merge. Why not simply copy the Excel dataset and paste it into your Word document?

So you could select D1:G5, copy it and paste it into Word.

Hi Hans.. I think that's not good idea. Actually in Word document with random position and contains/skip interval row and i have thousand data/records.

This is a weak area for me, but I think you need a catalogue/directory mail merge.
