VBA:Showing Header Table Like Freeze Panes in Excel

hi all.

i have word document contains table and text with over 9 pages.
how to edit /update table with easy, cause since i go down to page 2, 3,4, etc...that make confuse cause the header not always showing.
how to make header always showing like Freeze Panes in Excel to be "helper" inputting data or how to tricks for this case
here the attachment file
maybe this step:
1. select range that you want to be header;
2. run macro, like "Freeze Panes" is showing
the header is blue shading

You already have "Repeat header rows" set so that this table head will appear on every page.
You might be able to achieve what you want by moving the table header to the top of the screen and using View > Split to create a separate pane that has just the table headers at the top of the screen.
