How to Make Checked Permanent Macro in Ms Word Add-Ins

hi all..

i have trying to make personal macro in ms word...(as ms word add-ins)
the code working well, but when i close ms word and make new word document, that macro not checked in Global Templates and Add-Ins.
i always checked manually if to activate that macro..
How to make checked permanent when open new Ms word the macro keep working
i want to enable permanent..
i have setting in macro setting security but still not work...
here attachment capture my problem
i hope someone give me solution, tips/tricks.

Have you saved Insert_Bulan.dotm in your STARTUP folder for Word? By default, it is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP where <username> is your Windows username.

If you have a keyboard shortcut or a QAT modification to use your macros, those should also be stored in the same template.
(In case you haven't noticed, this is both different from and more powerful/flexible than the personal workbook used in Excel.
