Microsoft Office on my iPad or Mac

I have a XLSM workbook and was wondering if there is any way to open and use this workbook (with enabled macros) on Apple products, such as iPad or Mac. When I do a Google search, I get various results. My previous understanding is it can be formatted with Parallels or Boot Camp. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Macros do not work on iOS devices, i.e. iPads and iPhones.
Macros do work on Mac laptops and computers, with some limitations - you'll have to test whether your workbook functions correctly on a Mac.
