Microsoft has released Office for the iPad:
- You can freely download apps that let you view Word documents, Excel workbooks and PowerPoint presentations.
- If you have an Office 365 subscription, you can also create and edit these.
Also, Office Mobile for Android and iPhone are now free, just like for Windows Phone.

Just FYI, it requires iOS7 so if (like me) you have a 1st gen iPad, it may be time to upgrade! ;)

But not Access. So for me, no good. Now if I could write code when travelling that would be interesting, otherwise not for me.HansV wrote:Microsoft has released Office for the iPad:

Re: Microsoft Office for iPad
Has anyone read anywhere about whether or not Office Suite and/or iOS tolerates macros? Given that I can't get a single hit on my Google searches about it, I thought I'd ask here, just in case the fault is not with Google but with my search.
Thanks, Kim

You can't create or run macros in the iPad versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
