In Windows Vista, to create a custom form for printing, I would
1) Go to Control Panel / Printers.
2) Select the Printer.
3) Go to file and select Server Properties.
4) Tick the “Create a new form†box.
How do I do it in Windows 7?
I found instructions at http://windows.bigresource.com/Track/windows7-ZVO8vuqC/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, but I don't see Print Management under Administrative Tools.

Re: Printer server properties in Windows 7
It's almost the same as in Vista:
- Open the Devices and Printers control panel (usually directly available from the Start menu).
- Select your printer.
- Print Server Properties will appear in the toolbar, and also in the File menu (press Alt to display the menu bar).

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Best wishes,

DaveA: I have Windows 7 Home Basic (64-bit) OA MEA
Hans: it shows up in the toolbar, but not under File. Under File, I have Printing Preferences and Printing Properties, neither of which allows me to create a new form.

At least you now know how to get to Print Server Properties.

Everything I can find, such as Print Management Missing in Windows 7 Home Premium Edition, seems to point to Print Management not being available in any flavour of Windows 7 Home.jmt356 wrote:DaveA: I have Windows 7 Home....

Print management isn't available in Windows 7 Home, but Print Server Properties is.
