Now my CTX vl700 crt monitor accept only resolution 800*600 how to change 1024*768, see image...

Sal,
Can you not change the resolution with the "drop down box" Risoluzione? Click on the check mark and see if it gives you more options.
If not, you may have to go to the manufacturer's website and download newer drivers for Windows 7.

Surely the graphics card (or motherboard graphics feature) is implicated in what resolutions are available?
