Thanks, Joe - looks interesting. But I find the results hard to interpret. Although I have no complaints about the boot time of my Windows 7 PC, I took a look at the Diagnostics - Performance event log.
Yesterday, my PC booted in 39,667 ms and Degradation was False.
Today, it booted in 39,147 ms, so almost the same. However, Degradation was True, but no details were provided.
