What registry settings are changed by IE settings changes?

I am trying to find out which registry settings are affected by the alteration of various Internet Explorer Tools -> Internet Options changes.

So far I've tried Nir Sofer's RegFromApp utility, selecting each of the two iexplore tasks which get produced, but with no positive result. I can only presume that another task gets passed the work of updating the registry - but which?

Does anyone have any ideas how I can achieve this result?

(I'm expecting things to happen in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\New Windows and below, or somewhere else in that Internet Explorer key, by the way - the showing or hiding of the various toolbars is controlled by values under the \MINIE subkey)
