Add attachment to a quick reply
Why is it that when submitting new thread there are tabs at the bottom of the screen enabling one to attach a file but when performing a quick reply there are none. Regards Dave.

Re: Add attachment to a quick reply
The whole purpose is to allow you to make a 'Quick reply' which by definition would not include adding an attachment.
Either click the big 'post reply' button, or click on 'Full Editor'.

Re: Add attachment to a quick reply
Quick reply is exactly that - a place to type a quick reply, without bells and whistles. If you want to be able to add attachments etc., click "POSTREPLY" at the top or bottom of the thread, or "QUOTE" in the post you want to reply to.
Best wishes,

You may also wish to take note of the line above that tells you you have a message waiting - it's probably under the 'Eileen's Lounge' but may depend on which board style you are using.Dave Davison wrote:Point taken and digested for future use. Thanks Dave.
