House Rules updated

The House Rules for Eileen's Lounge have been updated on 24-April-2014. We added a new rule 13:

13. Do not make private requests
Please keep your questions and answers on the public forums. We discourage sending or asking for replies via e-mail or private message. Private requests defeat the purpose of Eileen's Lounge, which is designed to share information as widely as possible. If you're worried you'll miss any replies, tick the check box 'Notify me when a reply is posted'. You can do this when you post a new thread or reply, or afterwards by editing your post. You can also set your notification defaults globally in the Edit posting defaults section of your User Control Panel.

The original rules 13 and 14 have accordingly been moved down to 14 and 15, respectively.
